I am the 2023 President of The Town of Lowell Indiana’s Chamber of Commerce.  As a resident of the community of Lowell Indiana for the past 4 decades I can honestly say that I love our community with all my heart.  It is with great pleasure to serve our Town as the President of our Chamber this year and I welcome any and all businesses/visitors or residents to contact me or my fellow chamber directors & or members to speak with us about our fine community.  As a Realtor with deep real estate experience and also  as a former broker/owner of  a major Century 21 real estate franchise here in the Town of Lowell & also a past General Contractor here,  I can honestly say our community is an outstanding place to grow your businesses and life plans.  Currently, as well as for the past 30 years, my business profession is a Licensed Real Estate Broker of Commercial & Residental properties.  I am licensed in the State of Indiana and Illinois.  I am also a Real Estate Continuing Education Teacher in the State of Indiana teaching New Construction and Developing.  Being  a Master Land Developer and a Director of the HBA of NWI, serving on the State of Indiana Government Affairs Committee & the NWI Economic Redevelopment Taskforce Committee at GNIAR , NWI Home Builders Association., & the ICSC international council of shopping centers assoc.  I know business!!  Our goal here is to promote partnerships between the Consumers/ Realtors/ Businesses/ Sellers/Buyers & Financial Institutions.  As an open-minded problem solver and strategist,  I love the art of negotiation and consider each challenge an opportunity. I feel business is all about relationships and here at the Chamber we would love to build more positive relationships with more business!! Deana Sutton
Deana Sutton is a Broker at New Chapter Real Estate, a member of the GNIAR Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Cedar Lake Chamber of Commerce. If you are buying, selling, relocating or investing, she will guide you through the process step by step. She has been in Real Estate for over 17 years and joined the Chamber in 2014. Not only does she love being a Real Estate Agent, but she loves the fact that it allows her to be active in numerous organizations. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Lisa Wojcik

I have been in Real Estate 16+ years & I have been a resident of Lowell for over 20+ years. I recently became a board member for the Lowell Chamber of Commerce. I have enjoyed watching my community grow along with my family & enjoy spending time with my 2 grandsons & family & friends. When spared the opportunity my husband & I enjoy cooking together, traveling & NASCAR. Real Estate has allowed me many opportunities and I enjoy helping my clients buy & sell in the Northwest Indiana Real Estate market.

Kevin Deal
A graduate of Lowell High School in 1999, Kevin has spent his entire professional career with Tri-Creek School Corporation. Prior to becoming the corporation’s Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment in 2016, Kevin spent ten years as at Lowell High School as an English teacher, coach, and theatre director.  While transitioning to an administrative position, Kevin served as both a secondary literacy coach and Instructional Specialist at the district level. Outside of his professional career, Kevin enjoys to travel with his family, train for the occasional marathon, and continually explore new music and literature.

Craig Hendrix

Craig Hendrix was selected by the Lowell Town Council to be the Town Manager on Sept. 16, 2019.

Craig has served as the Town’s engineering consultant since 2012.

He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 1990 and Indiana University with a Master of Business Administration degree in 1999. He has been a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana since 1995.

Craig grew up and lives in Northwest Indiana with his wife of 30 years, Michelle, and two sons, Riley and Andrew.

2012 – 2020, Sr. Operations Manager, Covering Multiple plants including International (US, Romania, Netherlands, Great Britain)
2020 – Present, Owner Operator of “The UPS Store”
